It is not necessary to bring printed tickets. It will be possible to present the home-ticket directly from the cell phone.

Screenshots and photographs will NOT be accepted.

Smoking is not allowed inside the auditorium (concert area).

You will be able to enter the auditorium once the show has started, but you will have to wait for our staff to seat you in your seat to avoid disturbing the show.

You may leave the auditorium if you wish, but you will not be able to re-enter with the same ticket as it will no longer be valid.

ACCESS PERMISSION FOR MINORS

Minors between the ages of 0 and 15 years old, both inclusive, may access the concert by paying the corresponding ticket, filling out this form, and accompanied by their parent/s or a guardian.
